UrSafe Technologies Services will not ask you for any personal information about yourself if you are a juvenile under the age of 13.

We shall destroy any personal data we may have obtained from such a youngster if we become aware of it. If you are the parent of a minor, you may give us personal information about the child, or if the child is at least 13 years old, you may allow us to gather information directly from the child, and we will handle it in line with this Privacy Policy.

2) AGGREGATE INFORMATION

Data that we gather in the form of aggregates is the aggregate information. It is the data from which individual user identities have been removed.

It can be information about a group, category, or user of services or users. To put it another way, aggregate data do not include any personal information. We can better consider additional features or otherwise customize our services by better understanding trends in our user's wants thanks to aggregate data.

Location:

You may only locate another user using UrSafe Technologies Services if such positioning services are allowed by applicable law when:

(ii) the user is not a minor and the user has specifically consented that you may use Mobile Software Services for user location.
(iii) the user is not a minor. UrSafe Technologies will alert the user when they are being located by another user in order to stop abuse.

On several UrSafe Technologies services, location services may be disabled by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. When you use the UrSafe Technologies Service, UrSafe Technologies may record and store some information, such as time stamps for positioning requests (search, receipt notice) and Safety Alarm activations (search, call, receipt notification), among other things.

When you close your account in question, UrSafe Technologies will save the information you provided in order to bill you and provide customer assistance, and only for record-keeping and invoicing purposes.

Paid Services:

Your credit card information and billing address are collected by our payment processing vendor if you decide to use a paid UrSafe Technologies account or service. We can occasionally ask for personal or demographic data, as well as client feedback.

Other Services:

Parents or legal guardians may choose to use third-party services and applications, such as Facebook and other social networks, on behalf of their children through UrSafe Technologies.

When you do, you might be able to exchange material from the UrSafe Technologies Services with those external services and applications as well as import data from those other services and applications. (b) to protect Mobile Software, agents, customers, and others including to enforce our agreements, policies and terms of use
(c) in the good faith belief that disclosure is needed to respond to an emergency, or protect the personal safety of any person.

Inviting family, friends and guardians to join: When you ask us to invite a friend, family member, or other guardian to join the UrSafe Technologies, we may send such a person a message on your behalf using your name and contact details. The invitation may also contain information about other users such a person might know

We may also send reminders to them in your name. Only invite people you know with their permission to do so. Every once in a while, we may start a business relationship with other businesses who we think are trustworthy and who have confirmed that their privacy practices are consistent with ours("Service Providers").

For example, we may hire Service Providers to provide services like hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, and marketing and promotions. We only provide our Service Providers with the information they need to perform these services for us.

Each Service Provider must agree to use reasonable security procedures and practices, appropriate to the type of information involved, in order to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Service Providers are prohibited from using Personal Information except as we tell them.

We may share personal information in connection with an acquisition, merger, or sale of all or a substantial portion of our business, with or to another company. In any such event, you will receive notice if your data is transferred and becomes subject to a substantially different privacy policy.

Network and Information Technology

To avoid loss, misuse, and unauthorised access as well as disclosure, alteration, and destruction of the information we acquire from you, UrSafe Technologies takes reasonable precautions. Information storage servers are kept in a monitored environment with regulated access.

No security system is impenetrable, despite the fact that we make reasonable attempts to protect the personal information we deliberately obtain directly from you. UrSafe Technologies may send you communications or data regarding UrSafe Technologies Services, including but not limited to:

(iii) promotional information and materials regarding our products and services.

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from UrSafe Technologies by following the opt out instructions provided in those emails.
You may also opt out of receiving promotional emails and other promotional communications from us at any time by emailing info@ursafe.com with your specific request.

Opt out requests will not apply to transactional service messages, such as security alerts and notices about your current account and services.
Parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children may also select or disable certain features of UrSafe Technologies, such as Facebook login or location services, by accessing your account and changing your preferences.
